Who we are
Vintop Digital Ltd (“Vintop Digital”, “we”, “us”) is the controller of personal data collected through vintop.digital. We are based at The Long Lodge, 265–269 Kingston Road, Wimbledon, London, SW19 3NW, United Kingdom, and handle personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
For any privacy question or request, email info@vintop.tech.
What we collect and why
Enquiries. When you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, company, the service you're interested in and your message. We use this to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Phone and WhatsApp. If you call or message us, we receive your number and what you send. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp LLC (Meta), whose own privacy policy applies to that service.
Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site secure and working. These are kept for a short period.
We do not sell your personal data or use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the business (website hosting, email), under contracts that require them to protect it. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the ICO's International Data Transfer Agreement/Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as needed for the contract and our legal and accounting obligations (typically 6 years).
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@vintop.tech. We will reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page if our practices change and revise the date at the top.
